COLLEGE INTERN:  The college intern is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous support services for the Account Manager, Advisors and Administrative Team.  The essential functions of the position include service to the Account Managers, analyzing and tracking data as well as proving a wide range of administrative support for the Administrative Team. Available to part-time or full-time students seeking a Bachelor’s Degree.

ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR:  The Account Administrator answers and accurately directs phone calls professionally, and greets clients/visitors positively.  They are responsible for coordinating direct mailings, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support services to clients and co-workers.  The essential functions of the position include service to advisors and clients by handling policy inquiries, changes and billing inquiries. Associate degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is required + minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or in an insurance related field. Must obtain insurance licensing within 30 to 90 days of employment.

ACCOUNT MANAGER:   The Accounts Manager is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support services to clients and co-workers.  The essential functions of the position include service to advisors and clients by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries over the telephone or electronically. Associate degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is required + minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or in an insurance related field. Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of insurance related experience + knowledge of different types of insurance policies available is preferred. Must obtain insurance licensing within 30 to 90 days of employment.

ADVISOR:  The Advisor is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating risk management and insurance programs for clients.  The essential functions of the position include soliciting, presenting, selling and retaining commercial or group employee benefit products.  Continuing to counsel and market to existing clients professionally is another essential function of the position.  Specific sales goals and responsibilities are determined during the annual planning process for this position. Associate degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is required + minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or in an insurance related field. Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of insurance related experience + knowledge of different types of insurance policies available is preferred. Must obtain insurance licensing within 30 to 90 days of employment.

PERSONAL RISK MANAGER:  The Personal Risk Manager is responsible for the production and client management of personal lines accounts.  The essential functions of the position include soliciting, quoting and selling new Personal Lines.  Continuing to counsel and market to existing clients professionally is another essential function of the position.  Specific sales goals and responsibilities are determined during the yearly planning process for this position.  Associate degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is required + minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or in an insurance related field. Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of insurance related experience + knowledge of different types of insurance policies available is preferred. Must obtain insurance licensing within 30 to 90 days of employment.
